30h - Monday to Friday - 00h / 9h12 of group classes + 15 workshops + 2 courses in micro groups (2-2 people)

It is possible to achieve up to 30 hours per week thanks to our formulas Combining group lessons and individual lessons. It's an interesting way to benefit from the energy of the group in the morning and totally personalized work in the afternoon.

Every Monday, a free guided tour of La Rochelle is organized for newcomers.
Once a week a little appointment to enjoy the city and make friends
Every Saturday an excursion allows to discover the region (Ile de Ré, Oléron island, the Poitevin marsh, Nantes, saintes ...)
